Email is not loved by many designers. I have been working in email for 6 years and have yet to get bored of it. Creating personalized, accessible content that can be optimized for mobile?? Smells like 💸 to me.

Working with a vendor, I was able to create custom emails for Spartan Race customers that featured their own personal race statistics in the email. We found that almost 80% of our returning customers had received these emails and a survey showed that 18% felt that Spartan cared about them more as a customer.
